Our meat products are frozen at the highest point of freshness and immediately vacuum sealed to ensure the highest quality. Almost all of our beef is sourced from local farms (look for the Canadian flag!). Most of our beef is grass-fed & pasture raised for most of the year, and grain-finished to meet AAA requirements. In Canada, it is nearly impossible to have 100% grass-fed beef due to long, harsh winters where animals must live in barns, and hay prices soar. We prioritise supporting our local farmers first, but offer a small selection of imported meat for products you cannot find at home.
