Storage Tips: Storing: You normally never want to store tomatoes in the fridge as it can cause flavour loss and wrinkling. However, if you are slicing a Beefsteak tomato and need to store the other half then we recommend storing it cut-side down on a plate in the fridge to prevent molding (and fruit flies). Ripening: Our tomatoes are usually always ready to eat, but it depends on how you like 'em! Rule of Thumb: Soft and beginning to wrinkle = eat that day.
